    SALES REPRESENTATIVE (EVENTS & RETAIL BASED) - IMMEDIATE START

    OFFICE LOCATION: Downtown Houston

    COMPENSATION: Competitive, bonuses & incentives

    START DATE: ASAP, ideally within the next 2 weeks although notice periods will be taken into consideration

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE – RESPONSIBILITIES

    Working as part of our Retail Events team as a Sales Representative you can be guaranteed to have a varied role. Responsibilities include:

    • To assist in customer relations by maintaining excellent customer service at all times, including an up to date knowledge of our clients' products & services

    • To ensure that stock is controlled and merchandized to Company standards at all times

    • To comply with all health and safety information and to ensure compliance with covid-19 legislations

    • Working in a Team, Producing Individual Results

    • Promoting Client's Products and Services to the Public

    • Enthusiastically Interacting with Customers Face-to-Face

    • Answering Questions & Registering Interested Customers

    • Creating Positive Brand Awareness for Our Client

     

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • People person- a welcoming personality is always a plus since we are in a peoples business

    • Student mentality- continuous learning is always key, there is never any question too small or too big

    • Organized- having an organized environment is a set up for success

    • Detail orientated- having an eye for detail is a huge plus

    • Team orientated- being able to work in a team sets you up to help lead a team

     

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE - THE CANDIDATE:

    Ideally, applicants should have:

    • A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.

    • Initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    • Show resilience of character and are able to overcome setbacks and continue with enthusiasm

    • Strong time management abilities

    • The ability to commute to Houston, TX on a daily basis

    ALTHOUGH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE OVERLOOKED, IT IS NOT A NECESSITY FOR THIS POSITION AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP FOR ROLES AT THIS TIME
