At iLead Worldwide in Houston, Texas we are looking to grow and enhance our sales & customer service team. We’ve found that people with a competitive nature who are driven and self-motivated make excellent customer service reps, sales advisors, team leaders, etc!
Not only do we provide initial sales & customer service training, but we also provide coaching on a regular basis. Since we’re a small business, each individual’s success contributes to the company’s overall success, so it's in our best interest to help you succeed!
WE’RE PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN PEOPLE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BACKGROUNDS INVOLVING THE FOLLOWING:
We represent our well known clients to their customer base, selling their products and services on a face to face basis across the region. This is a target driven role but full training is provided. We offer a base rate of pay plus commission potential - it's a win win!
Our clients want us to operate in additional cities, and they want those locations managed by someone that knows the sales process inside and out. Therefore, we offer a structured training program so top performers have the chance to advance from entry-level to management in 12 months or less.
