    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The primary role of the Account Executive (Sales) is to identify, assess, and develop relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies that lead new customer acquisition and revenue generation via utilization of ImaginAb’ s CD8 ImmunoPET imaging agent in clinical trials, with a focus on immunotherapy. In addition to tactical responsibilities, the Account Executive may participate in the development of long-range strategic direction of ImaginAb business through strategic collaborations and licensing agreements.

    THE CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED ON THE EAST COAST FOR THIS ROLE.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Drives the execution of deals, primarily in the form of Technology License and Supply Agreements, from first contact with potential customers to execution of agreements.
    • Identifies new deal opportunities through market research, social media, conferences, and personal networks.
    • Ability to travel to attend conferences, meetings, and visit potential clients in person to advance toward deal closure as needed.
    • Organizes and leads both in person meetings and teleconferences, implements CDAs as needed. Presents, discusses, and answers questions related to ImaginAb’s technology as an opportunity to potential new customers. Works to identify potential client needs and understand timelines and budgets.
    • Manages interactions between ImaginAb’s technical teams and customer’s technical teams with the purpose of developing technical, logistical, and financial elements of a deal.
    • Develops deal concepts, structures, and drafts term sheets and negotiates definitive sales terms.
    • Works closely with ImaginAb’s legal, IP, and finance to structure and execute transactions and agreements that result in revenue generation. Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and high creativity in deal making to overcome perceived hurdles, as needed.
    • Independently, works to provide market analyses (e.g., market research, business intelligence, competitive analysis, development plan, commercial forecast) to inform business decisions.
    • Presents sales deal rationale, analyses and proposals to senior executives and interfaces with senior management to reach agreement.
    • Develops an intimate understanding of ImaginAb’ s technology platform, CD8 ImmunoPET, PET imaging, and the use of imaging in oncology clinical trials to enable to work independently.
    • Owns, builds, and manages a sales pipeline and is responsible for advancing potential new customers through the pipeline until deal execution and customer acquisition.
    • Assists with the development and execution of marketing and promotional plans to meet sales objectives.
    • Contributes and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to help achieve overall company objectives.

     

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Graduate education in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred. Strong industrial background in the life sciences, imaging, and/or clinical drug development areas. Experience with immuno-oncology is a plus.
    • Excellent time and project management skills, with a proven history of completion of deals and contracts in a timely manner.
    • Solid understanding of drug development process and clinical trials.
    • Experience selling novel solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
    • Strong at opening new opportunities as well as sourcing opportunities.

    POSITION LOCATION AND TRAVEL:

    Remote work from home. Twenty percent (20%) travel within the U.S.
