Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Management representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Receives (by telephone or email) requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers. Accurately makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Prepares forms for price quotations on items not contained in price book. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service. The Inside Sales Account Management will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet sales goals set by management while increasing customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS • 2-3 years prior experience as a Customer Service Rep or sales experience. • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. • Ability to remain pleasant and professional at all times. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
