Arcanum is looking for goal oriented, recent grads and entry level professionals with a competitive spirit to fill the entry-level Sales and Marketing Manager position. We provide full, hands-on training for all candidates regardless of previous experience. We are looking for someone who wants to begin their career in marketing and sales and advance into management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Review and optimize marketing budget
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong project management skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Deadline and detail-oriented
