Location: Alexandria, Arlington, Annandale, Springfield, Burke, Lorton, Woodbridge

Service Area: Fairfax County

Schedule: Flexible shifts – day, evening, nights and weekend options available

Pay Rate: Competitive pay, based on experience (with biweekly direct deposit)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and compassionate care to clients in their homes

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients

Requirements

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)

Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation to travel throughout Fairfax County

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
