KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyst will manage IMRI contracts and related modifications to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual terms as well as managing the organizational compliance to the Quality Policy. Candidate must have a willingness to learn Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Specific Responsibilities include:

OPERATIONS DUTIES
Analyst will be responsible for assisting in with identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations. In additional to contractual experience, this is a great opportunity for a person who desires to develop their skills and career in the area of corporate operations. Specific responsibilities will include:
Working closely with Executive Management on various special projects to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
Participates in a variety of key operational, strategic and process improvement activities, including enhancing workflow and cross department engagements.
Recommending and updating company policies and procedure to improve performance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three or more years of contracts administration or related business experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to work with a broad variety of people and all levels of management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Must be well organized with good attention to detail and be able to exercise good judgment and discretion.
Must have the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and to handle more than one assignment concurrently.
Ambitious and willingness nature to learn and grow skillsets within the organization.
Willingness to be processed for a federal Secret Clearance.
