    KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  

     

    1. CONTRACTUAL DUTIES

    Analyst will manage IMRI contracts and related modifications to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual terms as well as managing the organizational compliance to the Quality Policy.  Candidate must have a willingness to learn Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.  Specific Responsibilities include:

    1. Contract Management

      1. Contract Awards: Responsible for the full life-cycle contractual management of prime and subcontract awards to the company.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing activity related to: new contract startup/onboarding; activity; option year renewals; funding requests, administrative contractual modifications; and contract closeouts
      2. Subcontractor Administration:  Responsible for management of contractual relationship with subcontractors.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  drafting subcontractor agreements, managing onboarding activity; option year renewals, including flow down modifications and workshare review/redistribution; collecting insurance documentation; drafting cure notices and/or terminations; contract closeouts.
      3. Sales and Business Development Agreements:  Responsible for drafting/reviewing sales and business development related contracts including, but not limited to:  teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
      4. Corporate Business Agreements:  Responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and processing corporate business agreements including, but not limited to:  lease agreements and agreements with vendors.
    2. Contracts Administration

      1. Contractual Vehicles:  responsible for management of refreshes and modifications of Company’s contractual vehicles with the government (i.e., IT Schedule 70, 00CORP, VETS 2 GWAC, Metro – IT Bench, etc.)
      2. Vendor Registrations:  responsible for registering Company in supplier and vendor portals and databases.
      3. Certifications:  Responsible for obtaining new and managing current corporate certifications with various state, local, and federal government organizations.
      4. Data Management and Contract Tracking:  Responsible for maintaining corporate records in the SharePoint sites for Contracts, Practice Delivery, and Quality Assurance.  
      5. Contracts Tracking: Responsible for tracking contracts and managing contractual information in company’s contract management system and notifying company stakeholders of contract status (i.e., start dates, termination dates, etc.).
      6. Contractual Workflow:  Drive, create and analyze the contract workflow process and identify risks and issues, providing recommendations for process improvement.
    3. Quality Management System Documentation

      1. Preparing company quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
      2. Manage and conduct annual audits for the corporation as required for maintaining AS9100.

       

    4. OPERATIONS DUTIES

    Analyst will be responsible for assisting in with identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations. In additional to contractual experience, this is a great opportunity for a person who desires to develop their skills and  career  in the area of corporate operations. Specific responsibilities will include: 

    1. Working closely with Executive Management on various special projects to achieve outcomes based on company goals.

    2. Participates in a variety of key operational, strategic and process improvement activities, including enhancing workflow and cross department engagements.

    3. Recommending and updating company policies and procedure to improve performance.  

    4. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND/OR SKILLS

    5. Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three or more years of contracts administration or related business experience.    

    6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    7. Excellent interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to work with a broad variety of people and all levels of management.

    8. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    9. Must be well organized with good attention to detail and be able to exercise good judgment and discretion.

    10. Must have the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and to handle more than one assignment concurrently.

    11. Ambitious and willingness nature to learn and grow skillsets within the organization.

    12. Willingness to be processed for a federal Secret Clearance.
