E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Bilingual in Korean & English)
Job Duties
Manage developer resources, tasks and schedules and effectively communicates across departments to define scope of work/expectations and ensure deadlines for deliverable are consistently met on specific project.
Partner with individual team managers and members to resolve schedule/resource conflicts
Partner with the business unit to understand their merchandising, branding and marketing objectives, ensuring that all projects effectively support the strategy
Evaluate, critique and contribute to information design and content organization
Own the eCommerce promotion and coupon process including creation and execution that meet the needs of the business.
Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to evaluate potential new projects
Represent eCommerce Operations in daily stand-up Scrum meetings and weekly Digital Asset Alignment meetings
Identify opportunities for improvement of existing processes to optimize resources, ensure a positive customer experience and minimize the amount of time it takes to update digital properties.
Work with business partners to assess projects' impact on both internal resources and on the customer
Exhibit expert-level knowledge of The Vitamin Shoppe's eCommerce Operations space which includes, but is not limited to, desktop, tablet, mobile, app, email, promotions, publishing systems and digital in store experiences.
Research digital issues, bugs and defects and work to prioritize and achieve resolutions
Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office
Intermediate written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree
3+ years experiences in related field is a plus
Fluent in English and Korean preferred
