    Warehouse Clerical Associate - Administrator / Clerical

    This position reports directly to the shift supervisor. Along with the ability to monitor workflow in a fast-paced distribution operation, the activity and responsibility of this position consists of coordinating and performing the functions of the returns, receiving, and shipping clerical position.

    RECEIVE: Accurately processes incoming material. Determines whether product is free from damage. PUT AWAY: Accurately stores all incoming material in proper locations. ORDER PICK: Accurately pulls all orders in accordance with pick tickets. ORDER PROCESS: Correctly verifies, labels, and prepares orders in accordance with pick tickets. Accurately enter shipping data using hand-held RF scanning guns and/or WMS computer terminal. LOAD: Verifies orders are correct. Correctly route and loads orders in accordance with shipping labels. Loads trailers as required for carrier / agent / customer.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Support all receiving, put-away, picking, processing, and shipping activities performed in the warehouse.
    • Follow all established policies and procedures.
    • Prepare required reports and correspondence; intermediate to advanced use of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Support good housekeeping activities.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of operating systems pertaining to the work area.
    • Actively promote safety programs and participate in safety and behavioral based safety committees.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements: The successful candidate needs to be a self-motivated person with the desire to support the department's daily workflow. Attention to detail required. Ability to organize work; work under pressure, work in a fast pace environment; problem solve, communicate effectively, and influence team to complete the daily workload.

    • High school diploma / GED or willing to get GED
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Good judgement and decision-making skills
    • Math Aptitude
    • Ability to function within a team
    • Customer Focus must be a priority – responsiveness; follow-up and follow-through
    • Proven competencies in MS Office applications; Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems
    • Bi-lingual language skills preferred

    • 1st Shift 7 AM ~ 3:30 PM // $15.50/HR

    • 2nd Shift 3:30 PM ~ 12 AM // $17.50/HR
