Machine Tools Training Coordinator @ Pinebrook, NJ (DOOSAN CORPORATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Develop, manage and improve training materials for application engineering and sales, service
• • Training customers on machine tools operation and function including Doosan Custom software (EOP)
• • Phone support for customers and dealers
• • Occasionally set up showroom, open house, and IMTS demos on machines as needed
• • Assist in sales presentations, open house events and IMTS
• • Develop training materials webinars for application engineering
• • Write and maintain training documentation materials
• • Develop and execute classroom learning for applications engineering, and additional customer training

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Fluent in English
• • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a 4-year accredited university
• • Minimum of 5 year experience of the Machine Tool Industry
• • Be able to manufacture, program, train, and train development materials

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLs:

• • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• • Strong understanding of machine tool applications
• • Lear understanding of customer needs
• • Must be highly motivated and a self- starter
• • Excellent IT knowledge and communication skills
• • Strong creative approach to problem solving
• • Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
• • High customer orientation and excellent relationship builder
• • Highly organized and disciplined
