RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate, arrange, and dispatch truck delivery.
• Track and trace delivery status and communicate information with relative parties.
• Cooperate with warehouse department(s) for trans-loading operations
• Post loads on load-board, negotiate, evaluate and select truckers for long-haul deliveries services.
• Verify whether shipping partners maintain up-to-date legal/business requirements.
• Handle internal and accounting tasks such as data entry and AP/AR processes.
• Conduct periodic administration closings. (Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Long-haul trucking/intermodal experiences preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Multi-task abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel)
