  • Responsibilities
    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Under general direction, responds to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or e-mailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing services, pricing and delivery options.

    • Documents customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provides information as necessary to other departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high quality customer service.

    • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

    • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    • Visits customer locations domestically and internationally as necessary to maintain effective working relationships.

    • Maintain files and prepares reports and correspondence as required.

    • Be knowledgeable of and provide information on competition, market trends and new product ideas on an on-going basis.

    • Arranges and manages production orders, inventories, updates, logistics in a manner to bring margin.

    • Be responsible for Account payables and Account Receivables.

    • Provides customer with necessary technical assistance regarding product specifications.

    • Provides administrative support for the sales team and other duties as assigned by management.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or closely related field is preferred

    • More than 1 year experience in the related field or entry level

    • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software, excel is preferred

    • Can-Do and positive attitude, exceptional organization skills, exemplary attendance and reliable team member

    • Other skills: Time Management, Customer Service, Communication, Record Keeping and Organizing

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Legally authorized to work in the US

    • Bilingual in English and Korean
