    *Responsibilities

    • Agents are expected to handle and process the calls, based on each customer's unique situation

    • Training of the processes and system software is provided

    *Qualifications

    • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Suite (Word & Excel)

    • Strong verbal communication skills

    • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • 1 year of experience in Call Center as a Call center Rep. required

    • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

    *Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

    *Work Hours

    • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

    • Temp to Hire

    • Weekly Payroll

    *Hourly Rate : From $14.00 per hour

    *Ability to commute/relocate:
