    LG CNS IT SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION

    Individual will be responsible for IT Support management for the enterprise environment. This person will also be responsible for project base task, project coordination, vendor control and project scheduling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on projects (as well as daily operations), and a solid understanding of enterprise system and some knowledge of network to support the day to day environment.

    DESCRIPTION:

    • Knowledge in Enterprise AD environment

    • 2~3 years of experience in enterprise help desk environment or Information Technology • Great Communication and presentation skill and must be a team player.

    • The position will require traveling, weekend work and after hours work time to time to respond any issues.

    • The position will require ability to troubleshoot Windows OS base laptops, wired/wireless LAN, VoIP, Video Conference and any other office IT related device.

    • Fluent in Korean/English

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Related Bachelor's Degree; or 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong troubleshooting methodology is required • Individual must possess a broad knowledge of enterprise equipment (Server/Network). • Candidate should have good customer service skills, communication, work independently and have interpersonal skills.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

    • Security+

    • Understanding of MS Office and other standard software.

    • Understanding of Active Directory and Windows System Infrastructures • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Service Desk software and hardware technologies
