COS COORDINATOR (BILINGUAL IN KOREAN & ENGLISH) @ GRAND BK, CORP. (CARLSTADT, NJ)
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage corporate daily operations and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Help a manager plan for the future building space and supply needs of an organization.
- Implement Business operations related claims and programs.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business contingency program.
- Support injury/illness record keeping & reporting to Manager.
- Manage Utilities, and other general vendor management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliers
- Catering service & Company event management
- Travel Management: Centralize domestic/international business trip for employees to arrange most cost-effective travel arrangement
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An associate's degree, but a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related filed is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Stay organized while multi-tasking, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization, recordkeeping and documentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Driving Skill required.
- 1-2 years of experience working in Business Administration, supporting is preferred but not required.
