COS COORDINATOR (BILINGUAL IN KOREAN & ENGLISH) @ GRAND BK, CORP. (CARLSTADT, NJ)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage corporate daily operations and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Help a manager plan for the future building space and supply needs of an organization.
• Implement Business operations related claims and programs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of business contingency program.
• Support injury/illness record keeping & reporting to Manager.
• Manage Utilities, and other general vendor management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliers
• Catering service & Company event management
• Travel Management: Centralize domestic/international business trip for employees to arrange most cost-effective travel arrangement
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• An associate's degree, but a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related filed is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Korean
• Must be adaptable and flexible.
• Stay organized while multi-tasking, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization, recordkeeping and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Driving Skill required.
• 1-2 years of experience working in Business Administration, supporting is preferred but not required.
