Review job applications and build candidate contact lists
Update candidates' information (CRM Apps) while talking to job applicants.
Draft candidates' profile for client companies and follow up with candidates regarding to their application status.
Review employees' documents and make sure the documents are in compliance under Federal and Local Labor laws
Requirements: Previous job experiences is not required.
HS Diploma
Strong communication and people skills
Strong PC and MS Office skills
Willing to work over time and weekends (2-4 hours)
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Part time is also welcomed.
