• Perform a variety of operations according to NC Membrane work instructions.
• Follow a process sequence of manufacturing membrane, testing, boxing, sealing  
• Operate and verify the performance of equipment and make necessary adjustments.
• Able to build to work in a fast paced environment.
• Assist with inventory and cycle count.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Needs to be flexible with work hours. This is a 2 shift operation and each shift is an 8 hour Shift. You may be asked to work overtime or to work additional hours because of the needs within the department.

• Ability to communicate effectively with lead/supervisor and peers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Works on assignments that are in an environment where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
• Ability to work on a team.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
