    CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    [Primary R&Rs]

    80%    Compliance Tracking

    • Communicate and coordinate with carries to ensure daily delivery to Home Depot Agents (HDA) are on time.
    • Resolve and recover any HDA delays to make on time delivery.
    • Notify or share delivery status with HDA and LGE OM in advance.
    • Cooperate with the agents, carrier, and LGE order management to reschedule delayed shipments.
    • Respond to any tracking inquiries in timely manner.
    • o Track and trace compliance customer's loads and collect reasons for delays.
    • o Keep the record of delays and provide to the analyst once requested.

    [Secondary R&Rs] 20%   Reporting

    • Generate daily and weekly summary report for Home Depot Agent and Compliance customer. (Mainly BBY and Builders)
    • Share generated report with LGE logistics in timely manner.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Education: High School Diploma
    • Detail oriented and very punctual
    • Experience in Logistics Area is a plus
    • Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.
    • Must be willing to work overtime during the last 2 days of every month
