Works with third party email/text software provider including content, set-up, scheduling, a/b testing, deployment.
Create strategic email flows and automations using expertise and data.
Execute ongoing testing regimen (subject lines, layout, format, frequency, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement.
Recommend innovative ways to acquire new email addresses, develop a lead generation strategy.
Monitor campaign performance, relevant KPIs and analyze data to get smart insights, send weekly/ monthly reports on all findings.
Constantly review best practices to improve email performance.
Data Management, Analysis & Business Development
Assist with creating, adapting, and running reports for business development, marketing, and communications data, as well as developing analytical dashboards to facilitate strategic research, trends, and other tracking efforts.
Support and improve the audience targeting and list for marketing efforts.
Develop email marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement and retention, acquire new subscribers and conversion rates.
Requirements:
1-3 YEARS EMAIL CHANNEL EXPERIENCE, with hands on experience building and deploying promotional and transactional emails
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and copywriting skills
Knowledge of email/text service providers such as MailChimp, attentive
EXPERIENCE WITH CRM SYSTEMS strongly preferred (e.g., SALESFORCE, InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics)
Expert understanding and execution of email fundamentals: segmentation, performance metrics, deliverability, A/B testing, CAN-SPAM law requirements.
Experience with list building and segmentation
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large amounts of data
Experience working with fashion, accessories, luxury and / or beauty preferred
