  • Responsibilities

    MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate and coordinate with carries to ensure same day IOD (Information of Delivery) is completed.
    • Update Transportation Management System with given information from both internal and external parties.
    • Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail.
    • Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.
    • Research and verify root cause of same day IOD failures.
    • Communicate with carriers to discuss delivery issues on a day to day basis.
    • Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and report.
    • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
    • One (1) plus years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms
    • Must be bilingual in English and Korean (writing, reading, typing)
