IT Help Desk (Bilingual in Korean & English) - OPT STEM
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Walk customer through problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
IT Asset tagging work using Inventory Software for Office / Store
Inventory updates by weekly
Install computer peripherals for users.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or Technology
Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems, Familiarity
Bilingual in Korean and English
Compensation: $17 per hour + Benefits
