JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Executive with 3-5 yrs of experience to report to sales manager. Need experience working market appointments with accounts, receiving orders and tracking orders and shipments on a daily/ weekly basis. Will also monitor selling, market research, work with MD on needs by account/ division and go forward with product
DAILY/ WEEKLY DUTIES
- Facilitate meetings with accounts to review business and have working meetings to generate business – prebook key items, in-line & promotion/ closeout packages
- Generate/ analyze sales data to understand each accounts to maintain and protect each account's business
- Receiving orders and tracking orders and shipments on a daily/ weekly basis
- Working with both accounts and internal teams (Production, OE, credit) to ensure orders get ship out complete
- Processing confirmed and bulk orders
- Category Booking report
- Order status reports (OSR)
- Availability reports per line & division
- Off price projections tracking report
- Weekly issue for all current accounts
- Maintain showroom and samples
SKILLSET
- Upfront sales roles – sales skill
- Planning – Plan sales strategy & execute
- Merchandise / production – understand process of develop/ merchandise production cycle
- Clear communication skill
- Microsoft works – Excel, Words, Powerpoints
- General Knowledge of retail math/ terms
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & prioritize
- Outgoing and self motivated
- Detail oriented & strong follow through
REQUIREMENT
- 3-5 yrs experience in working in apparel – preferably in Young men/ boys with key accounts (BCF/ Ross/ CitiTrends etc)
- Experience working with market appointments with accounts
