Support Social and Marketing team for specific goals and strategies on developing growth strategies for our social platforms and communicating with customers via phone or email. This candidate will be insights-led, with the demonstrated ability to story tell and activate brand opportunities within the social space in new and unique ways. He/She should be able to keep track of complaints, issues and feedback we get from our customers. The ideal candidate has an innate understanding of best practices, platform features and emerging technologies. Above all else, this person should have a love for all things trending, with a specialized interest in memes, hashtags, social activations, community, data, and most importantly— all things social media.  What you'll do:  • Engage with our audience by supporting our social media strategy, bringing the Dashing Diva brand to life through new and emerging social platforms 

• Help execute content calendar, write captions and moderate daily posts 

• Manage publishing across all social platforms: IG, FB, Youtube, Pinterest, etc 

• Constantly innovate and think about how we can be ahead of the curve in offering a cutting edge social media experience 

• Tap into community feedback and consumer trends to plan, test and launch disruptive social activations and initiatives 

• Create smart, unique content meant to spark conversations from our community including our customers, fans and like-minded brands 

• Leverage our data to track, measure and report on various social metrics such as growth and engagement to guide overall social platform strategy 

• Closely collaborate with the influencer marketing, editorial, partnerships, and PR teams to develop content and increase brand awareness 

• Maintain an awareness of what's going on in the online social space, with a special focus in nails, beauty and fashion. 

• Interact with our consumers via social and email, managing incoming calls/emails 

• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken 

• Communicating with internal team for DD.com to discuss on how we can improve 

• Reporting back and working closely with Social Media Manager

• Assist Social Media Manager with photoshoot planning and help on set when needed  Requirements:  • Have 1-3 yrs experience working at a brand or agency known in the social media or creative space is preferred 

• Live and breathe social—being able to tweet, 'gram, and pin with the best of them 

• Proficiency crafting creative, unexpected, customer-driven content that unites brand storytelling with community driven initiatives • You are excited to engage with our incredibly active community and deeply understand how content constantly evolves on leading platforms 

• Are witty, obsessed with trends and culture, and can start a conversation with anyone 

• Enjoy being a creative problem solver, with the ability to thrive working in a fast-paced and energetic environment • Extremely organized and detail oriented

• Friendly and patient, ability to remain calm under pressure 

• Never satisfied with the status quo, always thinking "how can we do this better?" 

• Thorough knowledge of the products Dashing Diva offers
