    TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ANALYST POSITION SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Planning Analyst is responsible for supply chain duties including sales forecasting by model for purposes of supply chain management (SCM). The position will report to the Sales Support Manager. The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will work to ensure product availability will meet sales demand while minimizing excessive inventory conditions. The position will prepare the sales forecast by model and coordinate with factory personnel to have the factory produce product based upon the sales forecast by model. With the Sales Support Manager, the Supply chain Purchasing Analyst will coordinate with the sales department for sales forecasting purposes. The position will be responsible for creating and delivering AP2 forecast by model. The position is also responsible to initiate required SAP factory direct inbound notices on a daily basis and initiate inbound air request approvals when required . MAJOR FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Work to develop AP2 sales forecast and share with factory through GSCM system
    • Work to have adequate inventory levels available to fulfill sales demand
    • Work to minimize excess inventory
    • Prepare for and participate in weekly PSI production plan review meeting
    • Provide regularly scheduled in transit reports
    • Prepare factory shipment inbound system requirements, ASN generating, and coordinate with warehouse to receive incoming factory shipments
    • Provide inventory availability forecast to internal departments

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain field
    • Undergraduate degree preferred
    • Ability to work within HTA's internal operating systems including SAP, GSCM & MDM
    • Ability to develop strong working knowledge of HTA's B2B product line
    • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to achieve results and objectives
    • Bilingual (Korean & English) language and writing skills required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) Word & PowerPoint
    • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, special projects assigned as needed
