Research, design and implement learning and development programs
Discover gaps in current learning plan and develop a variety of training materials
Continuously reevaluating and updating programs as necessary
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
Document all investigative activities
Interview witnesses or suspects and take statements
Requirements:
MUST be Bilingual in Spanish AND Korean
Bachelor's degree required
Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills in at least 2 languages is required (Spanish and Korean)
Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
Domestic travel required
At least 2 years' experience in learning and development
