  • Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, design and implement learning and development programs
    • Discover gaps in current learning plan and develop a variety of training materials
    • Continuously reevaluating and updating programs as necessary 
    • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives 
    • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. 
    • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures 
    • Document all investigative activities 
    • Interview witnesses or suspects and take statements

     

    Requirements:

    • MUST be Bilingual in Spanish AND Korean 
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Strong written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills in at least 2 languages is required (Spanish and Korean)
    • Knowledge of labor laws is a plus
    • Domestic travel required
    • At least 2 years' experience in learning and development

    Hours: 8AM-6PM
