Responsibilities •S/he will process sales orders and returns. S/he will generate periodical reports in order to analyze Customer Service activities.

• Communicating with customers in US/Europe/Asia

• Communicating with factories in Korea and China

• Data entry

• Arranging logistics

• Attending trade shows

• Managing projects

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Logistics or customer service work experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal

• Bilingual in Korean and English

• Professional and friendly in communicating with customers

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
