MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate and coordinate with carries to ensure same day IOD (Information of Delivery) is completed.
- Update Transportation Management System with given information from both internal and external parties.
- Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail.
- Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process over-sight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.
- Research and verify root cause of same day IOD failures.
- Communicate with carriers to discuss delivery issues on a day to day basis.
- Complete various daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and report.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
- One (1) plus years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms
- Bilingual in English and Korean (writing, reading, typing) required
