Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Order entry, tracking and reporting stock, manage direct & consignment orders

2. Sales support & inventory tracking, reporting & reconciliation

3. Manage 3rd party warehouse inventory & consignment

4. Delivery window date management by controlling shipping schedule

5. Shipping document reconciliation

6. Invoicing and payment posting tracking

7. AR: collect and report AR status

8. Correspond with customers and follow up with their requests

9. Direct communication with HQ
