    Human Resources Assistant Manager

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Develop, Assess, Facilitate and /or support leading organizational development initiatives, programs and process to support business objectives and strategy implementation.
    • Work closely with the HR Manager to provide proactive and strategic consultation to both employees and managers, identifying, addressing and resolving the root causes of HR issues systematically.
    • Maintains record of personnel-related data with accuracy (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, attendance, and timecard) in both paper and the database.
    • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
    • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
    • Work on HR special projects & daily, weekly and monthly reports per client’s and HQ requests.
    • Function as the site AHRM and subject matter expert for a variety of Human
    • Resources activities as needed.
    • Facilitate and participate in companywide programs and initiatives e.g., creating job description, internal job posting, scheduling interviews, performance reviews, workforce planning, helping HR manager’s handling staffing agencies issue, and organizational changes initiatives.
    • Be the point of contact of benefits, leaves, employee relations issues, etc.
    • Support HR Manager on payroll processing, managing benefits, LOA, & employee demographic changes.
    • Working with staffing agencies to gather & input the data and report, summarize it to submit to HQ and LGE.
    • Prepare HR various reports.
    • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
    • High level ability in various software applications; e.g., MS Suite (MS Excel and Power Point in particular), update employee data, time clock system.
    • Ability to stay professional and composed in a fast paced environment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bi-lingual (Spanish/Korean) is required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources
    • Development, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or relevant.
    • Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience as a HR Generalist or Sr. HR Generalist, or HR Business partner or equivalent experience is required
    • Must be an expert ability in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) – Above intermediate skills in Excel required.
    • Maintain a professional look.
    • Ability to handle data accurately and with high level of confidentiality.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and service mindset.
    • Skills in both verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect, credibility and integrity.
    • Very strong attention to detail.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Punctuality and timeliness.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Must be a self-starter
    • Solid experience in payroll system and HRIS. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
    • Familiar with applicant tracking database systems
