About the Logistics and Operations Manager position

We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager to help us with planning, directing and coordinating our company’s operations. Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity and profitability using effective approach and tactics. You will oversee a team of 3 in the office and 20 in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge/ability to learn EDI with retail partners such as Kohl's, Nordstrom

• Mapping and managing all areas of the warehouse, shipping, and receiving goods

• Oversee the compliance of operations with specifications and quality requirement

• Organize materials purchases, inventory, routing planning and ensure warehouse efficiency

• Report to president and VP

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience managing shipping, routing EDI, and inventory

• Bilingual in English & Korean

• Degree preferred but not required
