    Job Description

    IN2U is a staffing agency (temp agency) based out of Englewood Cliffs in New Jersey with a passion for providing “Fast Local Recruiting and Staffing” services to all clients. IN2U does not claim to know everything about our clients' businesses, but we can recognize the capable employees that our clients will need the most. We will thoroughly screen all employee candidates through our proprietary interview questionnaires and background check processes and only the best candidates will be sent for the final interview.

    The company is trying to expand its staffing business to Metro Atlanta, GA area and Reporting to Regional Team Head and HQ Executives, the General Manager of Office Operations and Staffing Management will play a main role for this strategic growth in GA area.

    What you will do

    • Plan, schedule, and build regional staffing office operations in Metro Atlanta, GA area in accordance with both IN2U and potential client's business set-up plan/schedule

    • Working with regional team head and HQ executives to meet target office opening schedule by participating in main decision process including office location, capacity, real estate negotiation & contract, etc.

    • Create and suggest initial temp worker(~50/100) sourcing plan and execute the plan to meet client's operations facility opening schedule

    • Act as liaison for IN2U and represent IN2U and the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.

    • Meet with existing client and potential clients on a regular basis to monitor quality, assess upcoming needs, current service level, new or changing issues in the department, staffing opportunities, etc.

    • Build a client specific recruiting strategy with actionable recruiting plan for each client location, update at least monthly.

    • Recruit on all open requisitions and ensure client requisition service level agreements are met.

    • Design creative solutions to meet customer challenges, increase margins/business, and improve retention.

    • Create growth and work to identify additional sales opportunities.

    • Create a positive working environment for IN2U contingent employee's by creating relationships with employees.

    • Work with client managers to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner and address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.

    • Ensure compliance with workplace laws, including EEO, wage and hour and workplace safety. Follow proper reporting of workplace injuries. Provide appropriate injury avoidance and safety training.

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with IN2U and client policies and procedures.

    • Proper documentation of reasons for termination and ensure requests from IN2U's unemployment vendor are responded to timely. Document all personnel issues and maintain personnel files up-to-date.

    • Conduct all on boarding processes including orientations.

    • Conduct all off boarding processes including termination exit interviews.

    • Ensure accurate pay/bill processes.

    • Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews to promote IN2U.

    • Provide client with reports and information as required and in a timely manner.

    What you will have

    • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
    • 3 or more years of staffing firm experience
    • Foreign language skill preferred (Korean & Spanish)
    • 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
    • Previous experience in Human Resources or related post-secondary education and/or equivalent business experience preferred
    • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
