    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of an organization. Work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly. Review merchandise and fill customer orders.

    OPERATIONS SPECIALIST:

    • Assistant daily shipping for all orders including basic orders, collateral, and special assembly projects
    • Assist with transportation arrangements according to routing guide
    • Support monitor data management to keep accurate product code, pricing and invoicing information
    • Support compliance all transportation/vendor regulations to avoid any charge backs
    • Create RA, inspect physical return products in order to maintain the inventory accurate
    • Work with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost
    • Assist billing management and analysis report regarding operations key index
    • Help analyze and review inventory to prevent overstock or shortage
    • Coordinate EDI in order to ensure that all system changes are processed as according to change control guidelines

    MAIN INTERNAL INTERACTIONS:

    • Operations Director: daily to discuss and report
    • Marketing and sales managers, Sales Admin: more than weekly to discuss and inform
    • Operations team members: daily to discuss and inform
    • HQ SCM and international sales team: more than weekly to discuss and inform

    QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: · 3-5 years of experience in SCM, operations, or logistics · Knowledge on SAP strongly preferred · Proficient on PC & MS Excel · Understanding and ability to manage risk in operations · BA or higher degree in Business, logistics, or equivalent experience preferred SKILL SETS:  · Strong written and oral communication · Good interpersonal & communication skills · Excellent organizational skills and work ethics · Strong analytical and problem solving skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: · Able to work under pressure & tight schedule · Adapt to changes & environment quickly and be a team player · Effective problem solver · Demonstrates Learning Agility · Strives for excellence in execution · Willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested · Takes initiative and can start/complete tasks with basic direction
