JOB SUMMARY Provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of an organization. Work with operations managers and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly. Review merchandise and fill customer orders.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: · 3-5 years of experience in SCM, operations, or logistics · Knowledge on SAP strongly preferred · Proficient on PC & MS Excel · Understanding and ability to manage risk in operations · BA or higher degree in Business, logistics, or equivalent experience preferred SKILL SETS: · Strong written and oral communication · Good interpersonal & communication skills · Excellent organizational skills and work ethics · Strong analytical and problem solving skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: · Able to work under pressure & tight schedule · Adapt to changes & environment quickly and be a team player · Effective problem solver · Demonstrates Learning Agility · Strives for excellence in execution · Willingness to perform a variety of jobs as requested · Takes initiative and can start/complete tasks with basic direction
