We are currently searching for a highly motivated Transportation Management Analyst at an Assistant to Assistant Manager level for our Carrier Management Part.
CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis and KPI Management (60%)
- Monthly freight cost spent by mode of transportation and business unit (Transportation Cost Analysis)
- Monthly Business Report(MBR) preparation for Transportation Department (Transportation KPIs)
- Weekly Transportation meeting preparation (Logistics Joint Meeting & Pantos Transportation Meeting)
- Daily control tower report to review order status in Transportation Management System
- Dedicated Utilization Rate monitoring and suggest adjustment when needed
- Ad-hoc Transportation related analysis and reports
- Resolve transportation related issues
Contract Management (20%)
- Organize and manage carrier contracts
- Create/update the carrier’s binder to maintain up-to-date documents such as rate sheets, certificate of insurance, carrier safety scorecard, etc.
- Involve new or incumbent carrier’s contract process and assist legal team by conveying transportation’s opinion
- Process vendor, SCAC code, and freight payment registration
Support/Assistant (20%)
- Cooperate when the team needs the supports: Transportation, Distribution, Sales, Claims, IOD & POD Collection, and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
- One (1) plus years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
