    * Summary of position:

    We are looking for a highly energetic individual who is willing to grow within a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring new employees, setting up training and developing internal employee guidelines by reporting to the Head of Management.

    The Human Resources recruiter will;

    • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
    • Screen resumes;
    • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
    • Perform reference and background checks;
    • Make recommendations to company hiring managers;
    • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers;
    • Follow up on interviews and the recruitment process;
    • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process;
    • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices;
    • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations;
    • Complete timely reports on employment activity;
    • Conduct exit interviews for terminating employees;
    • Other ad-hoc HR activities and management support tasks.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1-5 years in HR or recruiting experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
    • Bachelor’s Degree required

    Pay: $59,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
