2. Digital Designer

We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team to develop, innovate, and translate MISSHA brand strategy designs across our digital platforms. He/she will collaborate closely with our marketing team to work on existing digital platform requests, along with new projects in development, and elevating the brand through design with ideas that are fun, engaging, and modern for our brand. We are looking for someone highly creative but with a strong understanding of the digital world, and thrives in a collaborative environment to brainstorm and execute exciting, beauty-centric content!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Delivering effective, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, product graphics, emails, social media graphics, paid media and banner ads ? Working with the marketing team to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards ? Working with IT team to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision ? Working closely with Social Media to develop compelling campaigns and content to use across all social media accounts. ? Ensuring consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points

Qualifications: ? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite ? Bachelor degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field ? Strong knowledge and understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS and web optimization. ? Strong design background including typography, layout, aesthetic and brand-driven sensibilities ? Knowledge of new and emerging platforms such as designing for social media, e-commerce, and ability to contribute to brand website UX/UI. ? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines using excellent organizational skills, quality execution and attention to detail ? Strong communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely – ability to provide and receive constructive feedback ? Positive attitude, personal accountability, and passion for beauty.
