INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR DRIVER – STUDENT TRANSPORTATION

Kidovo is now accepting applications for Independent Contractor Drivers to support Hillsborough County School District routes for the upcoming January school term.

We are actively building our driver bench and expect to onboard up to 15 drivers as new routes are awarded. Applicants who complete onboarding early will be prioritized.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a part-time, independent contractor position using your own vehicle to safely transport students to and from school.

Drivers who successfully complete onboarding and compliance requirements will be eligible for route assignments as they become available. Routes are assigned based on availability and are not guaranteed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Personal vehicle less than 10 years old (mechanic inspection required)
• Android or iPhone smartphone
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Completion of required safety training
• **Verbal English proficiency required (clear communication with dispatch, parents, and school staff is essential)
**• Professional, dependable, and student-focused attitude

CDL not required
