Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products

Provide assistance to crew through training

Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

Must be knowledgeable to operate power tools and/or industrial equipment such as Saw with brush cutting blades and weed cutting spools, chain saws and backpack blowers.

Heavy duty Labor and know how to operate hand held tools

Inspect all tools and make sure they are in operating conditions; know when to repair and report issues to office

Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility

Other manual labor tasks as required with the use of weed wacker, heavy machinery, trimming, edging, leaf blower, etc.

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods

Strong attention to detail

Excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred

Strong leader, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary

Provide a valid and clean driving record

Must have a Drivers License
