Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical and electrical assembly of INFICON Service Tools HVAC leak detection and diagnostic equipment.
• Assembles mechanical components, performs functional testing and packaging of units with appropriate, specified accessories.
• Utilization of MRP system (SAP) for material replenishment signals, production completions and scrap / reject transactions.
• Employee must work well with others in a team based environment. Suggestions which contribute to total product quality and increased efficiencies are encouraged.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read and follow written Operational Method Sheets and verbal instructions, ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED minimum. Candidates pursuing college degrees or associates will also be preferred / considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Prior logistics or relevant manufacturing experience.

Additional Information

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $16.50 and $22.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
