Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manger to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible in developing and securing complete sales and distribution cycle for Pulseer brand products that includes, but not limited to:​​​

   • Develop and secure distribution and sales channels that are in line with company business objective
   • Create marketing strategies through a competitive analysis of the market and benching leading competing products
   • Build and structure internal sales and operation team to meet company’s growth and demand in worldwide

2. Work collaboratively with local dealers and provide their feedback to the factory for product performance improvement

3. Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers

4. Identify marketing strategies to increase profits

5. Promote and develop at its own endeavor new business for INNO Instrument.

6. For other business opportunity or customer, the Consultant shall get prior approval from the Company prior to making any approach. This is to prevent duplicate approach to the same business opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in leisure field with particular focus on watersports
• Experience in building watersports equipment sales teams
• Have a deep understanding of Foil surfing and a love of watersports
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
