Innovative Physical Therapy and Fitness Centers, LLC is looking for a driver to transport patients from their homes to our clinic for appointments. Innovative Physical Therapy provides the vehicle for this service.

Position Requirements: -Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement) -Must have a clean driving record (please provide a copy with your resume/application) -Must submit to a background check -Have a flexible schedule

Job Type: Part-time/as needed

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
