Position Summary: The Production Associate performs all post-harvest functions including

trimming, packaging, labeling, and recordkeeping. This position is cross-trained and responsible

for rotating between all functional areas.

Essential Functions:

• Performs manual trim functions such as trimming cured flower from stems, weighing and

measuring to divide batches into units, and filling prerolls using knockbox machine

• Performs manual packaging functions including filling distillate reservoirs, tincture

bottles, pens, edible packaging, etc., and packaging units into shelf-ready packs (SRPs)

• Operates flower packaging machine including drop weighing and feeding packages and

labels into sealing mechanism

• Utilizes grading system to determine designation for sale as flower or for concentrates

• Performs quality control checks and ensures uniformity

• Maintains accurate labeling of all items, SRPs, and batches

• Maintains accurate recordkeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Sorts and catalogues waste in accordance with standard operating procedures

• Maintains an organized and sanitary work area, including all machinery

• Maintains a safe work environment, actively contributing to continuous improvements

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High school diploma required

• Experience working in a production environment required

• Maintains proper cleanliness (both personal and within workspace) to prevent crosscontamination

• Attention to detail in all aspects of responsibilities, including but not limited to

documentation, compliance, adherence to standard operating procedures, and

equipment and area hygiene and safety

• Must have professional communication at all times

• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8+ hours)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Ability to use a step ladder

• Manual dexterity needed for manipulating hand tools

• Visual acuity needed to accurately read small screens and labels

Workplace Environment:

• Warehouse/production facility environment with environmental controls

• Consistent moderate background noise level due to machinery and HVAC

• Exposure to keef/dust and cannabis odor

• Exposure to skin contact with plants, to which some individuals may be allergic (PPE

provided)
