We are currently looking for someone with a Construction Administrative background, who is extremely detail-oriented with a positive go-getter attitude!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closing with the office team: Construction Manager, Appointment Scheduler, and others
• Accounting/Bookkeeping for each project
• Answer incoming calls/emails/texts and pre-qualify potential customers
• Follow-up with each lead via phone/text and/or email until a new appointment is set
• Generate reports (sales, marketing, etc.)
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Generate new systems to increase efficiency and productivity
• Perform all other office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Proficient at all Google products (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel
• Proficient at Slack
• Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• An incredible team player and should work well under pressure
• Positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile
