About the Role:

David Rosario State Farm Ins Agency is looking for a driven and experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our team in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic insurance agency, inspire a high-performing team, and make a real impact on clients' lives every day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily agency operations and ensure team performance meets sales and service goals

Recruit, train, coach, and develop insurance agents and support staff

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive agency growth

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals

Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies

Develop and implement strategies to grow book of business and expand market presence

Handle escalated client issues and resolve claims or coverage concerns professionally

Requirements:

Active Maryland Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license preferred

3+ years of experience in insurance sales, agency operations, or team management

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an insurance environment

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities

Proficiency with agency management software and CRM platforms

Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized

Bilingual Spanish and English required
