EDI ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

LOCATION: TAMPA HEADQUARTERS

JOB SUMMARY:

The EDI Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with enrollments with our preferred clearinghouse. The EDI Enrollment Specialist will work with clients to ensure the client is enrolled for insurance claims, ERAs, and Eligibility without any issues. The EDI Enrollment Specialist will follow up on any denied enrollments and will answer client questions in a timely manner. These client’s practices can range in size from small to enterprise level.

REQUIRED Functions: The specific responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting clients with clearinghouse enrollments. Enrollments include EDI, ERAs, and Eligibility.
• Training clients on clearinghouse software. This includes searching for claims, following enrollments, and downloading ERAs.
• Maintain and enforce project timelines on enrollments for new clients in order to achieve go live dates
• Identify, document, and address unique or recurring customer problems.
• Document activity and maintain account status in InSync Healthcare Solution’s CRM in accordance with department guidelines and best practices.
• Conduct regular (daily, weekly) status meetings with both customer and InSync-internal key stakeholders, and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Create any required supporting documents for the delivery of training on enrollments for clients
• Maintain compliance with all necessary departmental procedures, HIPAA regulations and other regulatory mandates as required.
• Any other such responsibilities as may be determined by the Director of Implementation & Training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent. EDI Enrollment experience.
• EDI/ERA/Eligibility enrollment knowledge a plus.
• General technical knowledge or computing platforms and hardware\software server technology, including web services and SaaS.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite of programs
• Excellent writing and written communications skills; Team Player
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
