    Job Description

    • Review the generic job description and edit accordingly to ensure suppliers have the specifics you are looking for in the ideal candidate.
    • Front Tier Customer Support resolving basic to intermediate technical issues for customers primarily in Japan and US based customers using our client's service.
    • Requires strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese - including appropriate use of keigo.
    • Requires problem solving skills including logical analysis and technical troubleshooting.
    • Individual should be customer focused, team oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to grow.
