Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Active Top Secret Cleared SME Business Analyst to join its team in support of The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) to provide the Office of Strategy, Policy and Plans with support for program and policy management services, policy and strategy analysis, knowledge management, and planning, and CISA Action Task Tracking support (CATT). The work will include:
• Program Management
• Policy and Program Analyst Support
• Business Process Improvement and Planning
• Strategic Technology Support
SME Business Analyst should meet the below requirements,
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Undergraduate degree; preferably in computer science, systems engineering and/or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an agile software development environment
- Intermediate familiarity with data analysis techniques and visualizing the results via Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
Key Responsibilities:
- SME Business Analyst should analyze and provide insights on the development, coordination, and implementation of policies and strategic plans, contributing to research and planning efforts across various policy and strategic initiatives.
- SME Business Analyst is responsible for supporting policy, strategy, and advisory analysis across multiple workstreams, facilitating the integration and implementation of strategic plans, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- SME Business Analyst should engage in knowledge management, establishing and maintaining information management systems, and ensuring consistent naming conventions and file systems in line with organizational governance.
- SME Business Analyst is responsible for planning and tracking multiple business process improvement initiatives, ensuring clear communication and effective execution of tasks throughout their lifecycle.
- SME Business Analyst should provide logistical and administrative support for strategic and operational meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
- SME Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining project plans and schedules for strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- SME Business Analyst should facilitate communication and planning support, drafting regular publications, coordinating logistics for organizational activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.
- SME Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and coordination of business processes and management tools, aiding in the development and monitoring of strategic plans, and ensuring the alignment of business workflows with organizational objectives.
- SME Business Analyst should utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and is responsible for visualizing the results using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Over 8-10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree.
