Qualifications:
1-3 Years Experience -- sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, other related fields.
Dependable & Driven -- more reliable than spontaneous, passionate and energetic to reach success
Team-Oriented -- ability to work well with others in a team setting, as well as independently
Detail-Oriented -- focus on and pays attention to the details of work, as well as the bigger picture
Goal-Oriented -- ability to set goals and work until the goals are met, not satisfied until the goals are achieved
Strong Communication -- ability to clearly convey messages to team and customers, both verbally and written
2-4 Year Degree -- preferred but not required
