Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, team orientated, goal driven, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Job Responsibilities: How You’ll Make an Impact
Meet with Customers Fact-to-Face - Engaging in the old school style of marketing and sales, showing up with a smile and genuine desire to help
Acquire New Customer Accounts - Oversee and help our clients develop and grow through the new customers brought in
Presentations to Customers- Focus on the solutions the client brings to the customers
Customer Relationship Management - Use our client tracking system to maximize the effectiveness; ensuring the best results for customers even after the first interaction
Be a Leader - Being a leader is 24/7, it is a verb, not a noun. Overseeing a small team
Familiarize with the product - Understand how we are providing a solution for the customer, even after the pandemic

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
