Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician
Location: Ewing, NJ (onsite, Mon-Fri, 7 am-3:30 pm)
Essential Skills:
Strong mechanical skills, particularly in assembly
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Experience in an industrial setting
Some electrical knowledge is a plus, with a primary focus on mechanical background
Responsibilities:
Assemble components or products for final sale, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Perform tensioning and torque-related services on mechanical assemblies, using calibrated tools and documenting results.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate assembly
Conduct diagnostic tests on assembled products to ensure efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and discern the quality of parts and materials used in production.
Read and interpret mechanical component lists, sketches, and blueprints to assemble tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with clients precise manufacturing standards.
