Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Location: Ewing, NJ (onsite, Mon-Fri, 7 am-3:30 pm)

Essential Skills:

Strong mechanical skills, particularly in assembly

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

Experience in an industrial setting

Some electrical knowledge is a plus, with a primary focus on mechanical background

Responsibilities:

Assemble components or products for final sale, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards​​.

Perform tensioning and torque-related services on mechanical assemblies, using calibrated tools and documenting results​​.

Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate assembly

Conduct diagnostic tests on assembled products to ensure efficiency and make necessary adjustments​​.

Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and discern the quality of parts and materials used in production​​.

Read and interpret mechanical component lists, sketches, and blueprints to assemble tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with clients precise manufacturing standards​​.

Experience:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with machining processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of soldering and welding techniques
• Experience using power tools and hand tools
