Then show properties that meet those needs • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings and meet more people! • Work together with the team to oversee the entire sales process from beginning to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience for our clients • Attract prospective clients to promote new business Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Self-motivation and drive Tech savvy Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills • Coachable and always seeking to learn Compensation: $175,000+
